    Yes, these are a bit pricey, but the quality of them is second to none and your end product will come out better by using them. If you are looking to make Canele, this is worth every penny. I’m extremely happy with the product!

    They call them tin lined copper molds, but they are copper plated tin molds. The point of these is to have the heat conductive copper be the majority of the material, get that crust good and dark. I bet they still work okay but they are not what is advertised.

    Perfect Cannelé molds, swift FedEx shipping to the US. I had a previous set bought in France and those are the exact same dimension. The description stated 6cm in diameter where in fact the standard size is 5.5cm. I had the opportunity to confirm the exact with the seller before placing the order and receive their answers within minutes! Super réactive and indeed, the molds received were 5.5cm which is perfect!
